Rachelle Bradshaw
Chief Executive Officer
Rachelle Bradshaw, CEO of Essential Back Office, has over 10 years of accounting experience in various industries including private equity, venture capital, portfolio funds, security guard and investigation, manufacturing, and healthcare. She has extensive experience in processing payroll, A/R, A/P, financial analysis, financial reporting, distributions and capital calls. In addition, she also has experience in acquisitions from inception to closing, reporting to private equity groups and handling fund transfers.
Rachelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Accounting. She also has earned two Associate’s Degrees, one in Business Administration and one in General Occupation Technologies. She is currently working on her Masters degree. Rachelle is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the AICPA.
In her free time, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her wife, 2 children, and family pets. She also loves to travel, attend sporting events, cooking and doing a variety of different arts and crafts at home.
